Return Policy

Return Window: We offer refund / exchange within first 1 day from the date of your purchase. If 1 day have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.

Eligibility for Returns

In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it
  2. The item must have original packaging
  3. If the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange

Defective or Damaged Items

Only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.

To report a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact our customer service within 1 day of receiving the product
  • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
  • Include your order number and product details
  • Wait for our team to verify the claim

Exempt Categories

You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the time of purchase.

Items that are typically non-returnable include:

  • Perishable food items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been used or consumed
  • Items without original packaging

Return Process

For exchange / return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned / exchanged product.

If the return has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.

Return Processing Steps

  1. Submit Request: Contact customer service within the return window
  2. Await Approval: Our team will review your request and provide instructions
  3. Pack Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship Back: Return the item using the provided shipping instructions
  5. Inspection: We will inspect the returned item upon receipt
  6. Resolution: Once approved, refund/exchange will be processed

Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting your return, please allow 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant:

  • The item must meet all return eligibility criteria
  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • The exchange must be initiated within 1 day of purchase
  • Additional charges may apply for price differences

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
  • Please retain proof of return shipment until the refund is processed
  • Incomplete returns or returns without original packaging may be rejected
