Shipping Partners
The orders for the users are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. We partner with reliable and trusted delivery services to ensure your orders are handled with care.
Important: Orders are shipped within 1 day from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Timeline
Our standard shipping process follows these timelines:
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 day of order placement or payment confirmation
- Delivery Time: Subject to courier company / post office norms and delivery location
- Confirmed Delivery Date: As communicated at the time of order confirmation
Delivery Address
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure that:
- The delivery address is complete and accurate
- A valid contact number is provided for delivery coordination
- Someone is available at the address to receive the order
- The address includes all necessary details (building name, apartment number, landmarks, etc.)
Service Confirmation
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. You will receive:
- Order confirmation email upon successful order placement
- Shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched
- Tracking information (if available from the courier partner)
- Delivery confirmation once the order is delivered
Shipping Costs
If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
Note: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Delays
Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority.
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities
- Courier company operational issues
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Recipient unavailability
- Local restrictions or regulations
- Force majeure events
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may be able to track its status:

- Log in to your LOMRA account to view order status
- Contact our customer service for assistance with tracking
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery attempt fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Recipient unavailability after multiple attempts
- Customer refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned to the seller, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Delivery Coverage
Currently, LOMRA delivers within India only. Delivery is subject to:
- Serviceable pin codes by our courier partners
- Local regulations and restrictions
- Product availability in your region
Special Instructions
If you have special delivery instructions:
- Mention them in the "Order Notes" section during checkout
- Contact customer service immediately after placing your order
- Note that we will try our best to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee compliance in all cases
Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged
- If damage is discovered after acceptance, contact us within 1 day
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy
