2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on LOMRA's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform

3. User Accounts

5. Food Orders & Delivery

5.1 Order Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for errors in orders placed by restaurants or delivery partners. Claims for order errors must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

5.2 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are approximations and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, traffic, weather, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

5.3 Acceptance of Orders

LOMRA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at any time. Reasons may include unavailability of items, safety concerns, or violation of these terms.

6. Payment

  • All prices displayed include applicable taxes and fees
  • Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway
  • We reserve the right to decline payment methods at our discretion
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • You are responsible for all costs and fees associated with your payment method

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOMRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Loss of profits or business
  • Food quality or delivery issues
  • Third-party actions

You agree to indemnify and hold LOMRA, its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and designs on the LOMRA platform are the property of LOMRA or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Third-Party Content

LOMRA partners with restaurants and delivery services. We are not responsible for:

  • Food quality, preparation, or allergen information
  • Delivery partner conduct or vehicles
  • Restaurant policies or practices

12. Termination

LOMRA reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Threatening or abusive behavior
  • Non-payment of fees

13. Modifications

LOMRA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
